I think this will work with PC3/le, but not sure because it does use fx and was done with the PC4. If it snags, I'll try and get the LE out and do it with that.
Just two pwm layers and a sync layer. The mod wheel will bring in the sync quickly, and holding down a note will bring it in very slowly.
