Since some weeks I am a proud owner of a used Forte 7, and getting to know the board. I have been playing in bands since - when was it? 1986 or so. I've owned a lot of gear and in the long list was a Kurz SP3 stage piano. There I learned to love the Kurz' sound.

Current set-up is Forte7/Yamaha CK88 bottom (the Forte is the upgrade but the Yamaha is a very fine board too) and Astrolab 61/Roland FA07 top. Depending on the gig (pub-gig or more high-brow) I choose what to take with me.

I used to own a K2000 back in the days and practiced VAST during a few years. Now I'm really happy to own a PC3K + KORE64  for a few months and want to share patches and knowledge with you guys.

I'm glad to be joining this forum. I've been playing my SP4-7 for about three years and would like to learn more about sound design, editing, and customizing patches.

I'm also a big Radiohead fan and I'm especially interested in learning how to recreate some of the keyboard and synth sounds used in their music. Beyond that, I'm looking forward to expanding my knowledge and exchanging ideas.

just wanted to introduce myself. I’m writing from Milan, Italy, and I play in a Pink Floyd tribute band.

When it comes to chasing those classic Floyd textures, my main weapon of choice is a Kurzweil K2700. I’m a bit of a purist when it comes to sound design I love digging into the synth engine and creating all my patches completely from scratch rather than relying on pre-made soundbanks.

Looking forward to being part of the community and swapping tips on programming, MIDI routing, and live setups.

I’m Roel, a jazz trumpet player and classical composer with a passion for synths and keys. Recently bought an SP4-8 and a UB-Xa. Looking forward sharing thoughts and other helpfull stuff here. Right now I’m tweaking the SP to fit my needs. The Horowitz is my favourite AP, and I successfully got rid of the vibrato on the KB-3 sounds.
