Guys I bought my PC3K6 about 6 months ago. I configured it and put the sounds as I wanted. You think it is worth changing the PC3K for the new PC4, or for a Montage, Kronos, etc. I have a Nord Stage 3 88 as a piano, I use the PC3K as a solo, strings, wood, synthesizers, etc. I do all the recordings on the computer, I don't care much for the internal sequencer. What do you think, the quality of the sounds changes a lot from my PC3K to the new Workstations?
No, I would not change. the form-factor and the playability - the k6 has a TP8O - IMO is better!

The K6 uses a synth action TP9 keybed not TP8O. Kurzweil uses a TP8 in their 76 key keybeds except for the Forte which uses the TP40L. The TP8O is typically used in organ keybeds, the O standing for organ. These are waterfall keybeds. Kurzweil does not use the TP8O in any of their current lineup of keyboards.

IN RELATION TO SOUND WHAT DO YOU THINK, IS IT JUST CHANGING PC3 FOR A CURRENT WORKSTATION?
