Hi,
I have an issue with my PC3K7. I use the factory Kurzweil sustain pedal, but sometimes I have the awkward situation that when I turn on my PC3K, the sustain pedal works inverse. Means: not pressed: sustain / pressed: no sustain.
Usually when I switch the instrument on and off again, it works. That's not a solution for me as something must be wrong. Has anyone had this issue as well, or does know where it comes from or how this can be avoided?

The PC3K autodetects the polarity of the switch pedals attached when it powers up.

The only reason I can imagine this happening to you is that you are accidentally depressing the pedal while turning the keyboard on.

Make sure you keep your feet clear of the pedals when you boot up the keyboard.

Gary ;)
