battery is dying will replace but if i lose all the factory resets can it Anywhere be restored?????

Im not certain about the PC1, but on the PC3 the only function the battery serves is to run the internal clock. On fhe PC3 the sounds are flashed to RAM, mostly likely to an EEPROM. The battery does not come into play for backup. Check with support (support@Kurzweil.com).

Pretty sure you won't lose factory presets.
But you'll probably lose any user presets you've made if you don't have them backed up.
