Any Suggestions as to why my Kurzweil won't respond to any functions. It's as though it is frozen in program Mode. Won't navigate with any scroll/ button touch .... Tks
First check to ensure none of the buttons are 'stuck' down. A stuck button could cause this issue. If not the problem flip the keyboard over, there is a user panel that you'll see. Open it up reseat (unplug, then reinsert) ALL of the connectors that you are able to get to. Flip it over and restart and see what happens. If still an issue try reloading the operating system from scratch. If still no dice contact support@kurzweil.com
