Hi all. Strange question I know but I just noticed (after a long time) that my pc3le7 doesn't have the protective felt strip running along the keybed. That's the one that's supposed to prevent dust getting under the hood. Is that normal or has mine been put together incorrectly after some repair work a while ago? Not a big deal but my pc3k has one and I just thought it strange. Anyone have one to verify either way? cheers
My PC3LE6 is the same - no felt strip along the key-tops. It's kind of clacky.

Yes, thought as much. Curious though as to why they would elect to leave such a huge unfinished gap between keys and metal top. Just opened it up and discovered about 12 dead half centimetre bugs inside the unit, courtesy of a few recent summer outdoor gigs! Ironic considering the LE's history of "bugs". Nevermind, and thanks for the reply.
