Do you know this problem? This is the SP4-7 after installing the firmware.
There is no sound, the LEDs are lit, no button does not work properly. Attached you.

From the Firmware instructions in the update file.
Confirm the update was successful:
Once powered back up, go to GLOBAL mode, press the Chan/Param Down once. Confirm you see the following (scrolling):
OS: 2.10.685 Obj: 2.10.1
If for some reason the install did not complete properly, simply repeat from the beginning.
If that doesn't work then contact Tech support.

Tech support says It's broke motherboard.
