This is the Setup I use on stage. No Samples.
Consider the shimmer-sweep-sound on C8. This is triggered on "beat 1" just after "never ask why" as a bridge to the refrain. In case of emergency (if I have triggered this sound accidental or as a mistake) I can mute it via Slider I.
