Hi everyone,

I'm a fairly new owner of my PC3K8 after 5 yeas on my K2600 I thought it was time to upgrade. I have only so far used the PC3K8 to control Mainstage with and a few small blues things. It's a whole new learning curve after the K2600 programming but I'm hopeful I will be able to contribute some patches in the future that will be useful. I have tons for the K2600.

Musicwise, for the last 5 years I have been playing Pink Floyd in a full size show which I have really enjoyed. We are taking a break now and looking to return the end of this year all being well. Meanwhile I'm getting this beast ready for the next Floyd run and hopefully the keys will be sounding even better - more power is useful for those lush pads.

I'm a big fan of Hammond Organ too and in the past have tried and done a reasonable job of playing in a Deep Purple Band in the past. I own a Hammond C3 (modified) and Leslie 147 (modified) but I mostly use and XK3 (modified pre-amp) through a Neo ventilator which is also modified slightly for footswitch and half-moon at the same time so it can be located in a rack if need be. I used to ruin this off the 11-pin cable but my XK3 is faulty and I've lost foot switch and soft switch control of the Leslie. I'm too tight to get it repaired and too skint to replace it after the recent PC3K8 purchase which I needed more.

Looking forward to learning and sharing information all about the PC3K8. :ugeek:
