I've been playing synths since 1987, and I've been always a Kurzweil fan, from the very beginning. I remember reading articles about the great K250 on Keyboard magazine 25 years ago or so, and think: "When am I going to have a Kurz?"
And finally, they arrived to my house, a pile of them! I used to have a K1000 keyboard, a PX1000, SX1000, HX1000 and a GX1000, and then, I upgraded them to the latest models (1200 PRO) thanks to a Kurzweil guru called David B. who found the way to upgrade any XX1000 to any 1200 PRO model. I also owned a K2500RS, the best sampler I've ever used.
Now I have less space in my studio, so I had to reduce the quantity of synths, but not the quality.
I have a Kurz PC361 (I'm waiting for my Kore 64 expansion....), a Nord Stage 2 and a Prophet 08. Enough fun for the rest of my life.
I'm not a musician, I'm a sales man working for one of the biggest global IT companies. But music and synths are my passion. That's why I'm here.
