Hallo.
I'm encountering some issues with my PC3k8.
I updated it's firmware to 4.21, but the process doesn't end successfully.
Tried a lot of times to perform the process, using USB cable connection and the correct file (the one that fits with Kore64).
I can see an error at the end.
The firmware is actually updated and almost all seems to work fine, but the USB firmware refuses to update, so the USB socket doesn't work with USBkeys.
System displays an error on the USB controller.
Are you aware of this problem?
Any suggestions?

Thanks Hipo, I will do it soon.
I just need to read the serial number first (sending it seems to be mandatory to submit any request to support).
Just asking if other people here has solved the same issue in a easy and fast way.
