Dear friends,

Could somebody please share the factory programs from Kurzweil Artis or PC3A? There are additional German D Grand expansion programs, such as "Hip Hop Piano" and "EDM piano", which people may find useful, provided that it is possible to import them onto the Forte and Forte SE. I would volunteer to test some programs, once I get my hands on those instruments.

Best regards,
Raimonds

Million thanks to you Sir!

Do you own Artis keyboard or is there some other way to extract programs from the object file? I would like to compile the entire bank for people like myself. To my knowledge this is the only PC3 series bank, which is not yet available for download.

Best regards,
Raimonds

Did those programs work? I hoped they would.

I use some scripts that I wrote to pull single objects out of the big OS update file.
They're posted here somewhere...

It looks like the German D Piano programs are ID 3700-3730.
Here's a zip with those programs from the PC3A111 object file.

There's lots of reasons why they might not work:
- keymaps/soundblocks
- effects chains

Good luck!

Thank you once again, Sir!

Maybe somebody, who has immediate access to the newer machines, could provide feedback? I have not ordered Kurzweil Forte, yet (currently I still own PC3LE6).

Finally, there are some cool new church patches in that PC3A bank (program numbers 3731-3739). Would it be possible for you to extract those, as well? I suppose these particular programs should work on PC3LE, too. I would do my share of work to test them. I also hope it is appropriate, if I help sharing them with other Kurzweil owners?

Best regards,
Raimonds

Thank you, man!

I tried the "Church programs" and most of them work great on PC3LE. The only strange import happens with the "Church Organ" - there are some strange chords mapped to each key. I also wonder whether electronic drum sounds are appropriate for "Church Drums", but maybe that is authentic sound.

Last, but not least, I compiled all German D Grand EXP programs in one file and attached it to this message. All gratitude goes to mikeh11.

Best regards,
Raimonds
