Hallo to everyone.
I first would tell that this forum is great, and you are doing a wonderful job.
I recently bought a kurzweil pc3 and i need some decent bagpipes. The GM bagpipes that comes with the workstation don't sound at all like real bagpipes.
Anyone here could help me?
Thank you!

Hello,

If you have a PC3K you can download the K2661rom on the official site kurzweil, I use two different Bagpipes and make a setup with the GM bagpipes mixed... ;)

Primarily uses a keyboard Kurzweil! (Pc3K8 & Pc3le...)

No, I don't have a PC3k. I downloaded this bagpipe from sonikmatter, but the sound goes away when i press the key stronger and when i do the aftertouch, and i'm not able to fix it by now... For me it is not easy to play this patch, expecially when i play fast songs.

For me, all the sounds I need are here:

Bagpipe (Cornemuse), several Bagpipes, Hurdy Gurdy ( vielle à roue)...

http://lesgasduberry.fr/

The demand for these sounds is certainly timely and unusual but it is also to many others waiting ( winds, accordion, violin, brass, winds, vocal...) and demonstrate that kurzweil makes the difference.
It would be very nice to have the opportunity to download samples and wish to set up is library of scene.

Thanks you "hipogrito" to have created the crossroads of this wonderful word of a creator and user!

Many software sound "vst" developed many typical instruments. The word of digital musical instruments must pass through a replicate of these possibilities. I think that Kurzweil is the best brand to give us the best attack against the computer...

I will use it on this song:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3AqK7QzAToc

This isn't the kind of stuff that people usually play with Kurzweils....

I needed a bagpipe sound for the beginning of Copperhead Road. I didn't care much for the GM version either. I combined oboe and harmonica patches and with some EQ and effects, it didn't sound bad.
