Hello guys,
I'm newbie in this blog, but I'm really enjoying it.
I would like to know, if I can find the NORD's timbre, at least the main timbre.
Thank you!
For my part I have to say I don´t understand what you mean, exactly. Are you talking about a piano sound?

Yes, I would like Piano, Rhodes and a very famous sinthy; but I don't know the sinthy name.
I guess you don´t understand the structure of those instruments and how they produce their sound.
The Kurzweil can´t sound EXACTLY like a Nord. Only a Nord can do so. Vice versa, the Nord can´t sound EXACTLY like a PC3.
Nearly every piano and epiano is based on samples. Nord uses different ones than Kurzweil. So they sound different, but still they are all what they are supposed to be. You like the sound of a Nord, buy a Nord, you like the sound of a PC3, get a PC3.
In theory a PC3 K-series model can load samples from the Nord series, but the Nord samples are all protected by software mechanisms. So you can´t simply load them into a PC3k.
It could be done with resampling, or you might also even "crack" those mechanisms by other software, but that is a lots of work to do. Really a lot. Somebody might do that, but if he does, he is not allowed to give them away - again, due to copyright issues.
By the way, it´s the same vice versa.
Synth sounds usually can be remodeled in a PC3. The PC3 can do a great variety of sounds, much more than a Nord in my opinion. The synth engine is much more flexible. Well, no one knows what kind of sound you want, but most likely the PC3 series has this already inside by factory default, maybe something close to it, mabye someone already programmed something like that.
By the way, you did not tell what instrument you own.
Thank you for all your tips and advices.
