Recently I uploaded 3 QA banks. You find them in the "vault". One of them contains as the organ (always no 7) a split organ that I often use for reggae. You can use that. This kind of sound is less dependent of an exact copy of the used organ sound - an organ with the distinctive drawbars roughly set to the right sound will do the trick (and mine does). But it´s more a question of how you play it. I don´t know about your experience level, but since you ask for this kind of basic sound, I guess you need some explanation about how to play that.
This kind of rythm is done with the offbeat chord that you obiously hear and "ghost notes" that are played in between, usually the same chord with the left hand on the lower part of the keyboard. On a double manual organ usually on the lower manual, with a dark/dull sound. I bet it´s the same here. you can do that with the split I have mentioned. It depends mainly on your playing style, and a little bit how you use the drawbars. From the start my sound should be already pretty close. You can add a bit overdrive with the wheel. Good luck.

...And here's a ready made sound for you. I used drawbar setting 688406000, C3 (chorus on, depth 3), percussion on, rotary on/fast and mod wheel half way up. If the sound feels too thin just pull the slider A to it's maximum.
