Can anyone create the intro for this? Sort of shimmery wash plus water drops

Hi,
An easy way would be to use a program which uses sample oscillator.
1. Choose a similar sounding program (as in the song) and use arpeggiator (playing order random) to create ”movement” to the sound.
2. Add lots of reverb (if you need more ”shimmer” you can use Laser Verb-algorithm).
Any help?
