I have my Leslie set up on SW2 and momentary switch.
This works as expected running straight into Amp/Speakers.
Also works when going through my DAW Studio One.
As soon as I open up PlugSE in DAW and make the Midi Connection,
The SW2 Footswitch for Leslie no longer works.
Someone PLEASE tell me I do not have to live with this.

You will need to direct your query to Soundtower, ( http://soundtower.com ) They wrote this plugin.
They are not very pro-active in fixing bugs, so I wouldn't hold my breath about them fixing problems with the plugin.
