Is it possible to increase the RAM on PC3K with aftermarket RAM's?
Have anyone tried it?

Probably not in any usuable fashion.
It may be possible to kludge together an expansion board with a manual bank select switch but that would require both an extensive hardware hack as well as a serious firmware hack to make it work.

Nope, you cannot. First of all, it's not a regular RAM stick, it's flash ROM memory. Second of all, the hardware of PC3K seemingly cannot address more than 128 MB per slot (and the other slot in PC3K is for Kore64, which is 64 MB, so...)
