Can the sliders ( and possibly other controls ) on the Forte be controlled by external MIDI ?
And if so, where would one find the MIDI information required to do so ?
Check setup #126 (assuming that is the one one being used to control your programs). Check the various controllers tabs (slider, slider2 tabs). Next to the slider is the CC# that the slider controls. So if slider A controls cc#14, then sending cc#14 midi messages would be the equivalent to manipulating the slider A on the Forte.

For the PC3 I found a table with control channels in chapter 7 of the manual.
Maybe the forte has this too?

You don´t/ won´t control any physical controls in a Kurzweil keyboard by MIDI.
You control parameters being assigned to some physical controls, but there are more parameters you can control via MIDI than typically being assigned to physical controls,- just because there are less contols available than parameters and MIDI CC numbers existing.
So, yes, you can control the parameters, actually being assigned to "sliders", via MIDI CCs.
BUT,- those can vary by program and at least by setups/ multis !
Means,- you might have assigned different MIDI CCs to the sliders in different programs as well as in different setups/multis
And if so, where would one find the MIDI information required to do so ?
I fear it doesn´t exist the way you ask for, just because the MIDI assignments are not global in general.
According to controller assignments, for the factory programs and setups in FORTE, there´s much more standardized than for the PC3 series of keyboards, but I don´t think the sliders and buttons do all the same in every program and setup/multi.
