Hello,
I really need Kurzweil's warranty terms & conditions. My Kurz have been in polish service since 6.08.2014 - it is 2 months. They still give me the information that they wait for aftertouch ribbon. Is that sick or I am not honest..? I would like to now everything about kurzweil's warranty so I ask you to help me because google can't do it.

Isnt it the store where you bought it,that should help you? Money back or a new keyboard. The warranty should cover if you didnt cause the damage yourself.
Thats what I would do.

Ahhh....sorry. Just assumed it was a new one, but maybe thats not the case here.
