This is a completely newbie issue and I know once someone sets me straight, it'll be a bit DOH!! on my part.
I'm trying to figure out how to load a setup to my pc3.
1. I've downloaded a file to my computer.
2. Opened Soundcloud and went to the first black setup (151). Double clicked.
3. Clicked FILE; then "Load Setup from file"
4. Navigated to the file saved on my computer, then clicked OPEN.
5. Then nothing happens.
Tell me how dumb I am, then please tell me what I'm doing wrong.

First please the Storage Mode section on the manual. Everything is well explained there.
I'm not sure what you are trying to do with Soundcloud???
Get the file.
2 choices:
A: If you have an xD card, put the file in the xD card and put the card in the PC3.
B: If you have the USB cable from the PC3 connected to the computer, put the file in the virtual drive of the computer.
In the PC3, Storage mode, follow the LOAD, use FILL to the user area.
Select the file wherever you put it (A or B above).
