Took them long enough. Are any of the many posted bugs over the years actually fixed now? I can't see a changelog anywhere...
The Pc3 (not K) file is not 2.2.4. Check that please.

I can't seem to be able to write the setups with this latest version. Programs work fine. Weird.

So you are moving a setup from the PC3 to the Editor and it gets stuck. Are you sure that that setup actually exists in the PC3? Because, maybe, just maybe, the editor thinks it is there (for example you got the list of programs time ago and now that program does not exist in the machine) and it is trying to get it but nothing is there... Just a possibility among many others...
I'd recommend that you contact Sound Tower for issues like this to see what they tell you about it.
