No new sounds, right? just fixes?
Its been a while since I've been here. playing much more bass than keys lately, but just got an audition for an 80s cover band, so I might be 'round here more looking for sounds.

Three or four years later, is there a need for a new OS, yet PC3LE is in the current Kurzweil products?

The only thing worth a new update that the LE is missing is the fx editing. The number of fx units and low polyphony is probably a hardware thing.
So what you're looking for is an update that converts the LE to a PC3 for the price of an LE.

Why not ?
This would be a compensation for the people who have chosen the Kurzweil brand, but have had the bad luck to buy the cheaper LE series, which has factory defect hardware called by users - PC3LE froze, blinking problem, etc.
I would personally like if a new OS can fix my "cheap", corrupted and useless PC3LE7, which does not have five years of production.
