is it possible to record a riff that will be transposed in real time base on the chord i'm playing???
for example my riff is a chord progression of 1-6-2-5 on c major and my singer want to sing on key of A major

Not exactly. A riff OR sequence are triggered by a single knob, key, pedal, you name it. While you use a key, you can set them to transpose with it. Only arpeggios react and adapt to chords. But they change their pattern with different notes played. So you might not be able to use them as a melody-transposer.
The PC3 's have fast access to key transpose. I usually use that to react quickly to changing demands. Like whining singers.
