In a very simplified answer:

If you have a PC3 file (*.PC3) or a PC3LE file (*.PLE) or a PC3K file (*P3K) with some programs in it, just go to your SP4 Global mode, Load Fill, and those programs will appear in the user bank of your SP4.

LE programs will be loaded as they are.

PC3 and PC3K programs will go through some conversion but they will end up sounding similarly (restrictions of FXs and entry values, among others).

Question is where do you actually GET the *.PLE file from in the first place to do this task?

I cannot find one anywhere...and no google searches come up with anything either..

Just look around.

Just to add, I did find the "Vault" section, but when I enter the *.ple into the search engine, no files came up...so I must be doing something wrong...by the way if I click that link I get logged out and then the message comes up that I do not have the permissions to read those files??

Hi,

The libraries that were uploaded to www.kurzweil.com, in the SP4 product area, were taken from the PC3LE. Try those first.

For other programs, just ask PC3/PC3K/PC3LE users. I recommend you PC3LE programs as the SP4 is more similar to the PC3LE.

Yes, I have downloaded the sounds from Kurzweil.com but I would to find the entire PC3le sound factory programs. Someone tells about Kurzcom, but I search it in Google without find it
