Hello..... After almost 40 years of guitar playing, I decided to take a stab at the keyboard. Being outta work frees up a lotta time. So I grabbed a cheap Yamaha to see if this was something that might go somewhere, and after 4 months, decided to make the jump. Bought an SP4-7. My immediate goal is to master left handed bass with some basic right handed chording so I can get a 3-piece band going in the local clubs. Currently in a 4 pc country band and a 5 pc classic/southern rock band as well as solo guitar/vocals.

The first thing that I discovered with the SP-4 is that I wasn't thrilled with the piano sounds as they were. I'm tweaking and creating setups. I was directed here by Jean from Kurzweil as I was looking for Garth Hudson's lowery sound.
