Well, at least I did. But if you mean the very first sound: It's a guitarplayer. Needs someone with some skill. A strat- sound might do the job on a Kurzweil.

That is a Roland D-50 that is making most all the synth stuff on that album.
It had just been released and was strutting its presets all over pop music at the time.

It has a certain vibe that is pretty hard capture. And it's a preset.
I think it might have been Eric Persing's work of Omnisphere fame.
And that's why it's so good.

It is a mallet like attack with a pitched layered voice like synth pad.
The chorus effect kind of glues it together along with the dirty but very pretty good reverb.
I wish I still had mine. I sold it after replacing the key contacts THE THIRD time.

Anyway most synths have that tone buried in there somewhere because it was so popular.
That and the Movie 5th tone and glass tones.

I have to create the patches for this in the next couple of days
and build a multi/combi/setup but I have a Forte.
I've done it on Kronos, M3, and Motif so far. It takes a bunch to cover it.
I'll share it and how I made when I get it finished.
Hopefully it can translate across platforms.

Kurzweil artist Judi Dozier would be the one to ask about this, since she was Billy's keyboard player at the time. She told me it was a vibe/bell type sound from a Prophet 5. When I play it with live a cover band I use a chime/string combination.

Sorry, but that is impossible. The "Rebel Yell" album was recorded in 1982-1983 and released in late 1983. The Roland D-50 was released in 1987 (and used in quite a number of successful albums already in that year).

I, personally, find it hard to distinguish more than one sound, the bell/mallet, there, but maybe there's a soft pad/string sound underneath.
