As requested on Kurzweil PC3/PC3K Group facebook page.
I created this Setup for a 1 off gig.
3 part split, Strings on 2 lowest notes 1 octave apart, Brass and the piano
Would it be possible, that you please explain the structure of the set? I use a sp4/7 and I cannot import the set, but it would be very interesting, which sounds you use.
Thanks a lot!
Thomas
Ok, I did this years ago but I'll take you though what I did to create a 10 zone Setup.
Zone 1 is Prog 163 Elec Grand Stack for the main piano riff, split at A#3 to C7 Vol=88
Zones 2 to 7 are the Brass layers all Split at G#2 to G#3
Zone 2 186 Miami Pop Horns ,transpose=24ST and Vol=90
Zone 3 3380 GB Hornz + Synth ,transpose=36ST and Vol=63 This is probably from Kore64
Zone 4 3380 GB Hornz + Synth ,transpose=12ST and Vol=67 Expansion!
Zone 5 3380 GB Hornz + Synth ,transpose=24ST and Vol=60
Zone 6 2112 Buena Vista Bras ,transpose=24ST and Vol=93
Zone 7 64 Stones Brass ,transpose=12ST and Vol=90
Zone 8 552 Lead Strings, split at A#3 to C7 this adds a string layer to the piano when standing on the sustain pedal for the part at 2 mins 20 secs
Zones 9 and 10 are 533 Slo Str Prs Trem,These are tuned to an octave apart and on keys C2 only (Tuned 32ST) and C#2only(43ST) at Vol 96,This is just for the very end about 3 mins 10secs.
Hope this helps, and good luck working out those middle 8 chords
Wow! Wonderful! Thank you very much! I will try to compose it with my sp4/7

Being myself the owner of a sp4-7 I fear it will be impossible, we only have 4 zones available and no Kore64 waveform.
I have looked at the p3k file and the only promising thing is there are only 5 FX units used, which is fine for the sp4.
I hope I'm wrong, though, and you succeed in simplifying the performance to fit in a sp4 setup.
Good luck!
