Yes you can load PC3K/PC3/PC3LE files into the Forte.

The only issue you will have to deal with is the Entry Values for the Parameters if you import PC3/PC3K files. Basically the Forte (like the PC3LE, Artis, SP4, SP5) uses Virtual Parameters to send entry values and mapping MODs to physical controllers instead of the fixed Controllers page you have in the PC3/PC3K. So, after importing programs, it's good to have a look at the Program Edit Parameters page on the Forte in case you want to tweak any entry value.

Also the Virtual Parameters might not have the nice names they have when created on the Forte. Something that can also be modified by the user on the Forte.
