I cant delete any sound of the Sp4-8 because y dont like one sound that I Filled.
Y see the Delete button buy nothing happens

First, make sure you have the latest OS installed. Go to www.kurzweil.com to find out the latest OS for your SP4-8.
Read the V2 Addendum that is in the website http://kurzweil.com/product/sp4-8/downloads/
There, it explains how you can delete programs and setups in your SP4. It's in the Save dialog by pressing the chan/param buttons up/down.
