Trying to figure out where is the Master EQ of the synth.
PC3 has a dedicated edit for the Master eq output.
PC3LE6 has only dedicated master eq edit in each program?
I have upgraded in the latest version, if this is helpful.
PC3LE does not have master effects.

The PC3LE has half of the FX resources compared to the PC3. Still a good amount of FXs. Instead of dedicating some of them to the EQ we prefer to give all the possible resources to the programs/setups. So, if you want EQ you can use it in your programs or in the setups AUX FX overrides.
There are many EQ chains in there, a couple that are specially thought for what you want to do are 100 Easy EQ and 101 Easy EQ+Reverb, that already have a lot of virtual parameters to control the EQ.
