Thanks.

Very nice pianos. I just don't understand how they think when these "rumors" comes bit by bit. Its impossible to know what products, when and why new products is coming.

For example. What is a PC3A? Does the A stands for Acoustic pianos, Ambivalent buyers or what? If the new PC3A is a PC3 with the new Pianosounds it feels like I was very wrong when I recently bought a PC3K. Can it really be just another product that is so "LITTLE" different from the PC3? (like the PC3 and the PC3K)

I know, its always like this when it comes to new products, but when info is revealed like this - a few pics here and there, a few sound clips..How can you know if its a new product or just a small upgrade that can't be done with previous, released models.

By the way, I still love Kurzweil.

I found this info on a Russian site: Google translated for me:

"NEW!

Model PC3K8 workstation with an additional RAM module new grand piano Voices.
It is expected to be released in November 2014
The estimated cost of 137,600 rubles."

Soooo….kan the "old" PC3K be equipped with these sounds?

So it´s a classic PC3 with Kore and new piano. No K version. No sample loading.
I guess I´d prefer to load a decent new piano into sample memory and have more flexibility while there is still some room left. I need a sample now and then and I find it interesting to build new sounds with new samples.
However, the PC3 is still a good machine, without sampled extrasounds.
Hm, is there a chance there might be an upgrade for exsisting calssic PC3´s? There is still a free slot beside the Kore, and it seems obvious where this piano comes from. Let me guess...
Hwo the hell this piano should come into a PC3 anyway?

Lack of sample memory in PC3A is big minus. I would be interested in PC3A if it would have German Grand and also sample memory. Sample memory is important because I want to use special sounds that ROM does not include. I am more interested Forte if it gives possibility to load samples in future, but Forte Price is higher and it does not have sequencer and no riff phrases. There is also some Piano sample libraries for PC3K (fox. Alicia Grand and Epic Grand) so I prefer my PC3K better as PC3A. But I still would like to get Artis German Grand to it if it would be available as sample library.
