I recently upgrade the OS in my computer to Windows10.
Afterthat I found some troubles because it seems the computer doesn't "see" the PC3.
But first of all the answer is: does the PC3 editor works with Window10?
Can someone help me?

The editor works with no OS. It´s crap.
PC3 is communicating via USB which is not OS dependent.
Try to use some other port (USB1 or 2 type maybe).
And check your cables too. I had a problem with a loose USB hole in the PC3.

Don´t waste your time w/ it.
You´ll be 200% faster and more save using PC3´s front panel haptics and display.

ST editor usage froze my machine and corrupted programs in memory of my PC361.
Fortunately I had all backupped already ´cause only a hard reset helped.
