Hello,
I am Having trouble with a program with Multiple layers. I am trying to control the volume of the program ( All the Layers) with key pressure. Not sure how to achieve this. Eventually this program will be used in a set-up where I can use it when needed ( ie with depressing a key to bring in the sound for as lond as needed). Again not sure how to go about doing this. Thank you for your time and Help.3
Best,
Matthew

Hi,

For keyboards with VAST editing...

One way of doing this...

In Program Edit, go to the DSPMOD page.
In the column of the left go to the Level, at the bottom. Set a very low level like -96 dBs. So you will NOT hear your layer.
In the column of the right in Src1 scroll to the left until you see MPress.
Set a big Depth of 90 dBs or so.

Do this for all your layers.

Now mono pressure will control the Level of all your layers and it will bring it from -96 dBs to -6 dBs.

Hope that helps.

Regards,
Fran
