I put this under the people section as I was introducing myself. Realizing it is not the right place to discuss, putting part of it here.

I sold my K2661 recently and looking to get a PC3K6. I have done a bit research regarding K2661 vs PC3K6 online. Hopefully I made the right decision. Too late to go back now anyway :). Would appreciate it any feedback on this all together (did I make a mistake by selling K2661) including the price of a used PC3K6, How much should I pay?

Hi,
I recently bought a PC3K6. To my experience they are not often for sale as used ones. I am happy with it, but I never owned a K26

Overall the PC3 is a better machine than the K2600.

The PC3 series can't do live mode or the vocoder and you lose the flexibility of studio's, but you do gain per layer insert FX, which is definitely easier. You do lose some of the more esoteric effects from the K2600 (phasers are much weaker, no pitched delays).

You lose arrange mode, but get riffs.

Cascade leaves triple mode for dead and the sound is improved.
