I notice that their are transport buttons on my PC3K. Play, Stop, Record. I was wondering if these can be synced up into Cubase to interact directly with Cubase transport buttons.

I'm pretty sure if you have buttons turned on (MIDI or Master Page - I can't remember), then the buttons will transmit across MIDI. You just have to get Cubase to respond to them.
