I have a PC3K7 with the KORE 64 expansion ROM and use Cakewalk Sonar.
Attached is the Cakewalk INS file for PC3K+KORE 64.

This looks great, but it still has the same problem as the original 2.03 PC3K file which is a lack of leading zeroes on the patch numbers so that they sort properly in Cakewalk's listing.
All patch numbers should default to 4 digits to get them to sort properly.
It's a tedious job and I'll fix it sometime in the next week if you don't beat me to it, but I just thought I'd let you know.
And many thanks for the file. It's a good starting point.

OK, I spent an hour tonight splicing together your INS file and the one that I had to create a properly formatted INS file for the PC3K family including the KORE 64 expansion set.
It seems to call up the proper patch numbers though I can't be 100% sure since I don't have a KORE 64 expansion installed on my unit yet, but let me know if you think this is an improvement or not.
Anyway, it loads up fine in my version of cakewalk with no glaring errors or crazy crashes so I'll assume it will work in all versions of Cakewalk.
Like I said, check it out, see if it needs any more work and get back to me on it.
Also let's try and keep any further updates in this same thread.
Thanks in advance,
Gary
Thanks!
I will give it a try.

Found any bugs in the edited version? Is it better or worse than the original?
Gary
