Hi...I've got a problem with my SP 4-7.
Yesterday I was updating my SP to OS: 2.10.685 Obj: 2.10.1. Everythig was OK. Today, I was trying to setup some user sounds (SP4PNO01a), but there is no way to establish USB connection with my laptop. When display shows „Load (Fill)?“ I press „Next“ button, but display showes „Please connect the computer“ message. Same problem is with other USB cables, and with other computers with XP and Win7. Do you know what's the problem and how to fix it? Thanks.
