Have had a 3X since almost the beginning....just picked up a 361 to drag to practices & smaller venues....I want to set it up EXACTLY like my 3X. I have a ton of add on programs and several dozen setups (play 99.999% from setups).

I assume I can copy programs & setups to an xD card then restore it to the 361. Is there anything else I should know?

Thanks.

PS.....kesetlist (&Kurz) is great....but I miss sonikmatter...... ;-(

Hi,

Just Store ALL BANKS/EVERYTHING into your xD card.

Then in the other keyboard LOAD MERGE EVERYTHING.

And you'll be all set.

If you liked s.m., try cunka.com as well.

Regards,
Fran

I've been to the "other" board....I bought a few of their sound sets....but it's somehow not the same...maybe because they're always trying to sell something.....oh well...

Thanks for the 411!

(PS. Do you ever hear anything from Dave?)

Hi,

cunka.com is a great place to get stuff. And yes, some stuff is for sale, but you don't have to buy anything to get there. But that's why there are other places in the Internet, like this one, because everybody is different and might like things in different ways.

For those who knew Dave Weiser (former Kurzweil employee) from other forums, you can still see him posting at http://forums.musicplayer.com/ubbthread ... ard_Corner (yet another great forum) or just go to his website http://www.weisersound.com/

Regards,
Fran

You should know you may not be able to access all sounds in splits. Depending on the programming of the setup, oct up and down just transpose the sounds, not the splitpoint.
Soundwise it´s exactly the same.
